We wanted to continue on more with the food chat after discussing how Jesus told us not to worry about food.

We felt called to share more on our thoughts on food and dieting because we understand the struggle with food. We used to obsess over it. Calorie counted. Tried every type of diet and way of eating.

A few days ago we saw a girl on Instagram post something about eating the same foods every day is still dieting.

Do you idolize food?

Are you putting a lot of pressure on yourself to look a certain way?

Because that pressure comes from the world, not Jesus.

If you still struggle with food turn to Jesus.

And start to limit yourself from reading diet books, or anything related to what you should be eating.

Start to focus on what you eat, how you feel, etc.

There is a reason why there are many ways to eat and the types of food.

Just because something works for someone doesn’t mean it can’t or can work for you.

We hope hearing our stories gives you encouragement and inspiration to start reading the Bible and begin your relationship with the Lord.
