Sharing my thoughts on topical steroid withdrawal

by purelytwins

It is been awhile since my last post on eczema.

I had a mother reach out to me on Instagram about topical steroid withdrawal (TSW).

We have been chatting and she reminded me to bring awareness to this topic.

So here I am.

To be honest, I hestitated at first because I don’t feel I have enough experience on it, but after watching the Skin on Fire documentary, I felt called to join in the conversation.

Thank you!

As you heard in the video/podcast, I used a topical steroid once back in 2011.

I have always been into natural health due to having digestive issues since I was a kid, so I’ve been aware of steroids not being the best option for awhile.

Everyone’s healing journey will be different.

I am praying for you.
