Yesterday was perfect. The weather was amazing. We went to the local park that we go to often and didn’t want to leave. All of us were having such a great time. Baby #2 even enjoyed it as she was kicking away. I can’t believe I am almost 36 weeks pregnant. Madison is getting curious about my belly. She slowly is starting to see how it is different than aunt Michelle’s belly and how mom can’t do some things anymore. How mom moves a little slower.  I honestly can’t wait for them to meet each other. I think Madison is going to love having a baby sister. As baby is one word she likes to say.

During our “me” time (this is when we read inspiring books to motivate and empower our minds) Michelle and I had a great AHA moment. It was another negative belief around money that was holding us back.  We both love it when we become more aware of  past negative thoughts and now have the tools to change them. It’s an incredible feeling. I felt so proud of myself yesterday. That’s one thing I have been focusing on in my self-love journey is telling myself I am proud of myself. This alone is life changing. We sometimes forget to tell ourselves how we appreciate us. We tend to tell others but not ourselves. Michelle’s and my hope is to change that as it’s not a bad thing to be proud of yourself. To us it’s necessary.  Just like this new recipe is necessary.

Now that we have you enjoying a new take on the classic cobb salad we have another must make recipe for you. This one calls for chocolate! And mint!  An ultimate flavor combo of ours.

I don’t have any protein powder. Can I sub with any gluten free flour + some kind of sweetener? Can’t wait to make this – looks delicious!!
