Easy Cruciferous Hummus Crunch Chips
Move over Kale chips. Get excited friends of these cruciferous hummus crunch chips recipe. Seriously the best, so flavorful, light and crunchy. Made from just a few ingredients and bakes up quickly. Perfect recipe for a simple side dish or top with your favorite meat of choice for a nice simple meal.
- Prep Time: 2 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
- Total Time: 22 minutes
- one bag of cruciferous crunch collection (from Trader Joe’s or any cabbage mix)
- 1 tablespoon tahini *
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- *if you desire more creaminess and little less crunch add in another tahini and/or hummus
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour cabbage mix onto a large baking tray.
- Scoop tahini and hummus on top of cabbage mix.
- Use hands to even coat the cabbage mix.
- Bake 15-20 minutes.
- Serving Size: serves 2
