We took our super easy 10 minute 4 ingredient cookies. Used cashew butter instead of peanut butter.
Isn’t cashew butter the bomb? So good.

Paleo-friendly chocolate chip cookie recipe
This recipe is so easy to make and made from some of our favorite ingredients.
When you are short on time and want something a little sweet whip this recipe up!
Cookie Recipe (inspired from our PB cookies)
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Place ingredients into a bowl and stir together. RAW option – Scoop cookie dough out onto a cutting board, gently press cookies down and place in fridge to set. BAKE option – scoop cookies onto baking tray, gently press down and bake a 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
As cookies cool make filling.
Filling ingredients:
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup cashews (soak for at least 15 minutes, rinse)
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

You can use any protein flour or any flour of choice.
