This recipe was inspired from our deep love of brussel sprouts and Annie’s horseradish mustard. And as of late our love of Paleo Mayo.

The funny thing about mayo is Lori has disliked anything white and creamy, like mayo, her entire life. It just wasn’t her thing. Now for me, I loved it. We’ve heard such wonderful things about this Paleo Mayo that we decided to give it a try. We like trying new things. And Lori was even on board with giving it a try. We both feel in love with it. We have ordered more jars.

If Lori a non-creamy fan loves and requests this dish then anyone will enjoy it! So here’s the thing. Brussel sprouts tossed in a creamy mustard sauce is basically the best thing ever. We love roasted Brussel sprouts but with this sauce on top is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. We’ve made it twice already in this past few days. This is a fun and delicious way to enjoy brussels sprouts.

You can use any mayo of your liking. We just really like the flavor and ingredients for the Paleo Mayo.

If you don’t like Brussel sprouts you can sub out any veggie like broccoli or cauliflower.

Can use any mustard of your liking. We love horseradish mustard so that’s what we used.
