Creamy mustard brussels sprouts. Paleo.

A beautifully tasty side dish of Creamy Brussel Sprouts is a great addition to your holiday dinner table or anytime of the year. With just 5 simple ingredients, these oven baked Brussels sprouts are coated in a rich, creamy horseradish mustard sauce. Amazing flavorful side dish that you’ll make over and over. Gluten free and paleo recipe.


  • 1 bag of brussels sprouts (around 2 cups)

Creamy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons horseradish mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoons paleo mayo
  • Sprinkle black pepper
  • Sea salt if desired


  1. Pre heat oven to 376.
  2. Half the brussels sprouts.
  3. Place onto baking tray and lightly coat in coconut oil.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  5. Tossing about half way through baking.
  6. When done cooking let brussels sprouts lightly cool.
  7. Dump into a big bowl.
  8. Place all the ingredients for creamy sauce into bowl.
  9. Toss over brussels sprouts.
  10. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
