The funny thing about mayo is Lori has disliked anything white and creamy, like mayo, her entire life. It just wasn’t her thing. Now for me, I loved it. We’ve heard such wonderful things about this Paleo Mayo that we decided to give it a try.
We like trying new things. And Lori was even on board with giving it a try. We both feel in love with it. We have ordered more jars.

We love roasted Brussel sprouts but with this sauce on top is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. We’ve made it twice already in this past few days. This is a fun and delicious way to enjoy brussels sprouts.

- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 25 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 bag of brussels sprouts (around 2 cups)
Creamy sauce
- 3 tablespoons horseradish mustard
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons paleo mayo
- Sprinkle black pepper
- Sea salt if desired
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 376.
- Half the brussels sprouts.
- Place onto baking tray and lightly coat in coconut oil.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Tossing about half way through baking.
- When done cooking let brussels sprouts lightly cool.
- Dump into a big bowl.
- Place all the ingredients for creamy sauce into bowl.
- Toss over brussels sprouts.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve and enjoy.

- Serving Size: serves 3-4
You can use any mayo of your liking. We just really like the flavor and ingredients for the Paleo Mayo.
If you don’t like Brussel sprouts you can sub out any veggie like broccoli or cauliflower.
Can use any mustard of your liking. We love horseradish mustard so that’s what we used.
