Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini (9oz/256 grams)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup (1 1/2oz)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (1 oz/30 grams)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder (10 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place eggs, tahini, maple syrup and vanilla into a Vita-mix blender and blend together.
  3. Next add in protein powder, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa.
  4. Continue to blend until everything is well blended.
  5. Warning: BATTER IS VERY THICK so take your time. And a little sticky.
  6. Grease with coconut oil or ghee a bread loaf pan.
  7. Place bread batter in bread loaf pan. Size pan we used: 8.5 x 4.25.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Or until toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Slice and enjoy.
