1/2 cup pumpkin seed flour
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
2 – 3 tablespoons yacon, maple or coconut nectar
Top coconut layer
4 dates
5 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons coconut butter
1 cup coconut flakes
Chocolate sauce
4 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons cacao powder
stevia to taste
Instructions
To make cookie layer
Place all ingredients into food processor and blend together.
