Ep 26: Forgiveness prayer

by purelytwins

IN TODAY’S EPISODE, we chat about forgiveness. Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice for forgiveness and reconciliation.

We hope this episode served you.

The Ho’oponopono prayer more than a prayer. It’s a process of making things right in your relationships — with others and yourself.

It’s made up for parts:

Step 1: Repentance – JUST SAY: I’M SORRY. …
Step 2: Ask Forgiveness – SAY: PLEASE FORGIVE ME. …
Step 3: Gratitude – SAY: THANK YOU. …
Step 4: Love – SAY: I LOVE YOU.

You keep repeating it over and over as we did in today’s episode.

Listen to this as often as you need.

We sometimes set an intention before we do it. We ask our angels to help us.

Just let yourself feel what you need to feel.
Let it flow through you.
