Sometimes you just need one thing to help raise your vibe and snap you out of a bad mood.

And then other times you might need a lot of tools and repeat them over and over to get you back to feeling bad.

  7. Take 3-5 deep breaths
  8. Have notecards around us affirming some of our truths like God loves me and cares for me and Everything is working in my favor
  9. Journal how we are feeling
  10. Prayer
