As we said in the video we have added more workouts, audios and more to our Fit Soul Movement APP for our Manifest A Body You Love challenge. We did it last year and people loved it so we added it into the APP. We also created 10 new workouts for it making it a total of 20 workouts for this program helping women get a body they dream of while loving the body they have.
Which is the biggest thing we can pass onto you is that you CANNOT be hating on your body and expecting it to change.
You have to see your body with love and take care of it because you love it.
