You are not bad. You are not a bad person if you feel like you aren’t doing enough.

Realize that is past programming telling yourself that and it is a story you keep staying in.

Slow down. Feel. Shift. Find something else to focus on.

Because you are doing enough. You are exactly where you need to be doing what you need to be doing.

Things to remember from video:

  • Allow yourself to feel what you need to feel.
  • It is normal to have negative emotions and thoughts. Just don’t live there.
  • Keep affirming you are enough and do enough. Over and over and over.
  • Don’t rely on outside factors to give you validation you are doing enough. It is an internal feeling of peace.
