Manifesting is basically intentionally creating what you want. Which is what we help you do through fitness and simple self-care routines right here 🙂
You are manifesting all day. Most of us aren’t even aware of it. But you are!
Everyone has the ability to manifest anything they desire – wealth, optimum health, love, houses, cars, peace of mind.
It is just not we are usually taught as kids. We know for us we weren’t.
We’re taught that we have to work hard and that the rich people aren’t that nice.
The truth is that the power to manifest lies within you. You just have to learn how to use it.
In today’s video, we go over all that and more.

Whatever you think about, you are manifesting into your life.
If you constantly think about what you don’t want to have happen, that is exactly what you will manifest.
We have so many examples in our own life of this… you’ve heard us share about our health and skin issues.
We basically manifested those into our reality by the way we were thinking, acting and being.
Manifesting is truly powerful.
And we hope to help you enjoy manifesting because it really can be fun and easy.
Your mind is always thinking and manifesting something.
That’s why it’s so important to know exactly how to use your manifesting power.
Of course, you know that not everything you think about manifests.
It really is the things you dominantly think and talk about, over and over again.
Key things to remember from the video:
- journal on your beliefs around fitness
- ask your subconscious mind to reveal to you what hidden beliefs you have around getting fit at home
- start to question your beliefs with fitness and your body
- start telling yourself new stories around fitness and working out at home
- say your affirmations to help you be a fit and healthy person consistently
