Working out at home but NOT SEEING RESULTS! This could be why you’re not getting in shape.
We have been working out at home for over 9 years now.
Yes we haven’t worked out in a gym in 9 years.
Crazy to think about as we used to be girls we called ourselves gym rats. We prized ourselves on going to the gym and working out for an hour or more.
But like we have shared many times our health, skin and hormones weren’t not happy and overly we weren’t not happy. Below we will share links to other posts for you to check out that go more into this.
