When to keep digging and healing your past vs just accepting what is going on

A few weeks ago I shared on Instagram how I was dealing when some deep thoughts around me getting another sinus infection as a sign to keep healing…keep doing more inner work…

OR

just accept it is something I am experiencing. Nothing more.

I do believe our bodies are always speaking to us, but when do you know it is deep emotional wounds or simply nothing more than what it is?

I have come to see that not everything needs a deep inner work process to heal it.

Meaning there is no deep emotional thing all the time because if we always felt that way then we would never feel enough or that we did enough.

Which for me was huge to realize because back 2016 I came to realize that was a big limiting belief I had (and just about every human) that I was not enough and what I do is not enough. This is one reason we did the open to self love journey.

I am being more consciously aware if what I am doing, thinking and being is stemming from NOT ENOUGH.

I keep affirming peace and harmony are within in and around me when my ego tries to make me feel broken.

I am taking my medicine, essentials oils and still saying positive affirmations like my body is whole and healed. I am also not thinking I need to do some deep emotional thing to figure out why this happened.

Trust the process. Everything is working out for you. #personalgrowth #mindset #selflove

We believe if you have been doing a lot of inner work like Lori and I for a few years then I would bet it is safe to say to not make something a big deal. It is just something you are meant to experience.

But if you are new to doing emotional, inner work than I would say be open to the lesson. See what other triggers are coming up and most importantly pay attention to how you are feeling. Journal it all out!

As I was allowing myself find my own thoughts on why this was happening to me I prayed to God for strength, courage and wisdom and for healing. To help me to see the lessons and to release all burdens from my past.

Things to remember from this video

  • Not everything means you aren’t healed…and well to be honest it is always an on-going journey
  • Yes sometimes NOT so good of things happen to us for no reason
  • Keep trusting and believing that everything is working out for you
  • We are all born enough, whole and complete.
