We know you are a person that wants to improve, grow and do and be more.
But you get burnt out, feel stuck at times and completely tapped out.
So do we and the best way we get out of it is doing something like this routine.
Essential oils to uplift you through beautiful smells :
Set timer to 10 rounds of 10 sec rest/ 50 sec work.
Put on inspiring upbeat music, look at our playlist here for some good Christian songs.
1 – Single leg downward dog on the right into tummy tuck to open chest flip to kick throughs
2 – Childs post into a squat
3 – Single leg downward dog on the left into tummy tuck to open chest flip to kick throughs
4 – Plank shoulder taps into squat into an alternating forward lunge
5 – Overhead press prisoner squat into alternating knee-ups
End the routine giving thanks for the ability to move your body to uplift and energize you.
Grab your journal and let your mind just go. Use it as a brain dump or a written prayer to God sharing all things that have come through you.
Feeling stuck is normal. There is nothing wrong with you if you feel that way.
But you don’t want to stay there for too long.
We want to encourage you to use what God has given you to find ways to break through with the help of Jesus.
