Reset routine when feeling stuck, stressed, creatively exhausted and uninspired

Please share this video with your girlfriends who would benefit from it.

We know you are a person that wants to improve, grow and do and be more.

But you get burnt out, feel stuck at times and completely tapped out.

So do we and the best way we get out of it is doing something like this routine.

Set your intention before you workout while you infuse yourself with essential oils.

Intention – To increase and open my mind and heart to allow my true creativity to come through me. To see things differently and open myself up to new possibilities. To call in more peace and clarity. To surrender to the feeling of stuck and allow it to pass through my body and allow new ideas and inspiration to flow to me.

Grab your journal and let your mind just go.

Need help on what to journal on, answer these questions.

  1. Who inspires me? What qualities do they have? How and why does this person inspire me? What qualities do they have that I don’t? What do I need to work on?
  2. Why do I feel like I am stuck? What am I after?
  3. If I knew I couldn’t fail what would I do?
  4. Is there a difference between happiness and fulfillment? What does it take for me to be happy? What does it take for me to be fulfilled?
  5. What is my ideal life? day? Describe your perfect day.
  6. Where do I see myself in 5 years?
  7. Do I feel I am not living up to my full potential? Why?

You can also write a letter to your future self – What is something you would like her to remember about who you are today? What brings you joy? What brings you peace? What lights you up? How do you like to relax?

We all have a million things to do.

Feeling stuck is normal. There is nothing wrong with you if you feel that way.

But you don’t want to stay there for too long.

Leave a comment below letting us know how you feel after doing this self-care routine.
