Hey Fit Soul Boss! It’s been a while since we’ve done a “what we ate” vlog video.

The last time we did one we were living in Charlotte.

It’s so crazy to think again how fast everything just happened with my manifesting our move to Florida.

We are still in a rental place down here in Florida.

My family and I getting closer to our closing date on our new home here!!! All of us are beyond excited to have a HOME again and to finally see all our stuff that has been in storage for a month.

We wanted to show what we ate on the day we did our Eat Like The Twins LIVE Workshop and what we ate the day after to show and INSPIRE you to find a way of eating that works for you.
