I am back answering more questions about eczema.
I had a few people reach out to me on Instagram and Facebook how I deal or stop the itch that comes with having eczema.
Oh man, the ITCH!!
I feel it is the worst part about eczema over having all the red patch skin look.
In today’s video, I share my #1 tool to help with the itch as well as other things I do.

Here are my tips to stop the Eczema itch
Epsom salt shower and baths. As I said in the video this is not a permanent solution, but it helped me so much during my bad itching outbreaks.
Lotion and keep your skin moisturized as best you can. See my past post on lotions.
Keep your hands and mind busy. Keep your focus off the itch.
Wear loose comfortable clothing to cover it up so you have a barrier if you do itch.
Make sure you take care of yourself mind and body! You can’t just treat the outside hoping you will heal. You have to heal the inside of you first.
I didn’t bring up the diet, because there is a lot to be said there because certain foods of histamines, which can trigger itching. I do believe food is healing, if you have questions about diet let me know.
