When we personally change our vibrational state to elevate us to higher frequencies this allows us to attract more of what we want into our lives. Not things we don’t want.
It is a daily practice but for us, and we find moving our bodies in general already moves us into higher, good feeling vibes (your positive energy). So with doing these 5 additional tools help boost that effect even more.

These 5 tools have allowed us to go deeper and build more confidence in ourselves when we move our bodies and doing these 5 things.
5 ways to get Better Progress of our home workouts to feel better and increase vibrations to higher frequencies to attract more good things:
1- Having an intention. Allows you to be more present in your workout and help you to reconnect with your body and mind differently.
2 – Using essential oils. Great tools to change your frequency. There are more and more studies being down on the use of EO’s but the evidence is showing how they can help with your mood, feelings, emotions and behavior. Even just smelling various EO’s our brains become stimulated and can experience healing powers. Again it varies from person to person. But we honestly have seen a HUGE difference in our thoughts and emotions when we use them frequently and especially can feel their effect when we use them before, during or after our workouts.

3 – Right mindset. You have to believe in what you are doing and believe in yourself. Know that you are creating a lifestyle so you handle the ebbs and flows of life better.
4 – Wearing clothes you feel good in. When you like what you are wearing it naturally boosts your confidence. So when you wear clothes you really like you will notice yourself pushing harder in your workouts. Enjoying your workouts more.
5 – Having a plan. When you have a plan you are more motivated to get to work. You aren’t wasting time thinking about what you need to do for your workout. You know and then you perform better because you know what you are doing.

We’ve found all of these tools make it easier for us to keep up with our self-care routine and fitness and health come easier since these tools boost our moods and help us feel better.
Our emotions have a significant effect on our decision making. Your feelings and emotions drive your decisions which therefore determine your life. Because you attract what you feel (the vibrations you are at) not what you say. You attract what you believe (and what you feel).
