Why we created this Fit for Me challenge?

We wanted a challenge that gave women how fun and easy it can be to have a self-care spiritual practice that you can be consistent with. To provide tools and support to make the whole experience even deeper. We wanted to show our fellow modern spiritual women our signature training style for the body and soul that will change your self-love practice forever.

You can be healthy without being obsessive. We will show you how in this challenge.

We wanted to create a challenge that helped you be fit for you. That’s why we called it Fit for Me. We want you to do it for you. To make you stronger inside out so you can continue to up-level yourself this 2018 year.  A challenge we help you get fit for you and to celebrate you taking the time to take care of YOU. If you don’t take care of yourself, who will?

We know this time of year everyone is probably coming off the high of the New Years with their health and fitness goals.  SO we wanted to put together something new and different for a fitness challenge this new year.

We wanted a challenge that would help women that are starting to catch themselves not being able to stick with their self-care routines or catching themselves not being consistent with their workouts.  We don’t want you to fall back to old habits like so many of us do.

This challenge will help you in all parts of life as we incorporate taking care of your mind too. Because if your mind isn’t on board it can make the journey longer and harder.

Me and my sister live a similar life to both of yours. We are identical twins and we run a juice and smoothie bar that does raw foods as well. We have created many great raw snacks and food items for the menu. I was wondering where you are out of and if there is some way we could join your team or work with you possible. We are 24 years old and both graduated college with our biomedical science degrees, intended to go pre-med. We ran cross country and track in college and live a very healthy lifestyle. We would be good with fitness exercises as well as the raw foods ect. If you would be interested in learning more about us or anything please let me know. Thanks and I love what you guys do. I would love to have a large following a do a blog. Anyways just ideas.
