Sometimes our workouts are done in the kitchen.

We love the style of workouts we do as you can do them anywhere.

Lori and I loved painting when were young, and now having Madison love it makes us so happy.

Plus Lyla is showing interest so see lots of painting in the future.

Gluten free vegan paleo biscotti

More biscotti making…we seriously LOVE these. This week I made up a batch of our chocolate ones for Lori and I to enjoy during the week.

If you like a crunchy, with a little bit of sweetness, biscotti with your coffee.

The kids love broccoli, cod and paleo mayo (we use Primal Kitchen’s mayo that we get from Thrive). It’s one of their favorite things at the moment to eat.

Lori and I love simple meals like this. They satisfy us so much and make us feel good.

Here we have shredded brussel sprouts with spinach and canned salmon topped with tahini and mayo.

We get the salmon, mayo and tahini from Thrive Market.

We had an amazing time yesterday for our photoshoot. We cannot wait to see the final pictures on Monday. See some pics here and what we ate to prepare for photoshoot.

As we were getting our photos done Lori and I both kept thinking, “omg we are actually doing this!” So proud of us.

It was a FABULOUS day yesterday. We had so much fun getting all dressed up with hair and makeup getting done, getting new photos taken with Asia for our business, then playing and relaxing with the kids the rest of the evening.

And of course, enjoying some wine later that evening and sat in a state of gratitude about everything.

Nothing wrong with working out in the kitchen – kettle bells are great no matter where you are. …and might I just say – you really show off what doing kettle bells right can do for your body! Keep representing!
