Get ready to meet our triplet.
Today we chat with Megan Kelly, and seriously she is our triplet as we had so much in common from our past, beliefs and how we all healed. Like us Megan had acne, missing periods and unhealthy relationship with food and her body. She experienced the fear of gaining weight, valued self worth on her appearance and orthorexia.
We had so much fun chatting with her and so excited to have her share her story and tips with you!
Megan is a Nutrition Practitioner and Licensed Esthetician specializing in neurobiology and quantum hormonology. Her work guides people on how to transform their body and mind through functional nutrition, mental and emotional training, and habit mastery.
How to heal acne, imbalanced hormones and have a better relationship with food and your body through your thoughts
Share the video with your girlfriends that would love this.
We hope this video has served you in taking the steps to realizing the importance of taking the time to rewire your brain.
We all believe to create a healthy body you need to focus on your mind daily to experience the incredible life you were created for. So much stress is caused by what we think that it really causes havoc in the body as you heard. We love her approach of setting daily reminders to practice the thoughts you want to believe now.
Remember you’re rewiring your brain for the rest of your life so give yourself time. There really is no end date, right? But being more mindful of your thoughts and actions and how you want to show up in the world.
Things we chatted about in the interview:
- Her story
- The importance of your thoughts, emotions and beliefs
- To be normal around food and how to take the focus off what she looked like
- How to keep going when there is a bump in the road
- Her one main tool to heal (something we love too)
- How she transformed her relationship with food
- Daily refocusing practice
- The importance of your thoughts when eating
- 2 things she does every day to feel her best
Thank you so much Megan for chatting with us and our #ptsisters
