Highlights From Our Week:
Seriously we love nourishing our bodies with delicious foods like this plate of roasted turkey, sautéed greens topped with Primal Kitchen paleo mayo (best stuff ever and go here to get some and save money) and roasted brussel sprouts.

Brought out the big white paper for little miss Madison to paint on. She loved having so much space to paint.
Lovely lunch of egg plantain protein donut sandwich. We made our protein plantain donuts and cut in half and created an egg sandwich.
Lyla gets better and better at sitting up by herself and she loves it!
While little sister naps, Madison and I had some quality mommy-daughter bonding time and played “dress up”. Well in Madison’s case a hair clip and hair tie. And she actually allowed me to snap a picture of her!! #happymom
Lyla is a very active little baby. She is always rolling around and grabbing at things. I love seeing her grow and learn each day. Smile to moms heart.
I can’t believe she just turned 6 months old.

And one more painting picture of Madison painting away. I am a little bias I know (as a mom I am allowed, right?!), I am so impressed with Madison’s painting, she has improved so much over these past few weeks. She’s the best 🙂

We created SOSL group program to teach you exactly what it looks like to truly love yourself, which is the most important relationship. Love for yourself.
Because when you do love yourself, you LIVE your life. You go after your dreams. You don’t let things or people hold you back. You stand tall and confident. You don’t avoid social settings because that anxiety isn’t strong anymore.
You know what to eat to feel your best instead of listening to a diet. You know you’ll be okay if you miss a workout or two. You know how to master your thoughts to master your body to master your life. When we say love yourself it’s about diving deep and taking care of yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spirituality.
