An Important part of creating a better relationship with food and exercise

by purelytwins

Today Michelle interviews the lovely Victoria for a soul sister chat.

Victoria is the creator and writer for, a place for encouraging women in their Strength & Beauty from the Inside Out.

Victoria reached out to us as we’ve been a huge inspiration for her, and now we get to let her be an inspiration ūüôā

We’ve all been through similar things with body image and a journey to a healthier lifestyle. She started her¬†blog to share with other women they are beautiful despite what shape or size they are. Victoria struggled with an eating disorder and exercising for something she ate, ¬†as did we.

Like with our other soul chats there are a lot of layers to forming a better relationship with yourself, food and exercise. But we love to be able to share one or two insights with you.

Victoria struggled with an unhealthy obsession for being healthy, but learned through the power of community to find freedom in food and fitness. And she discusses an important mindset shift she made to see food and exercise differently, which is a good one.

Body image is a struggle for us all, which is why it is nice to have people like Victoria for daily reminders that beauty comes from within. Because you are beautiful and strong right now.
