Wonder what she’s thinking??
Madison and I had a field trip with her class to a pumpkin patch and she had fun running around. She wanted to explore on her own.
Tried Chameleon cold brew coffee for the first time when I was at my coaching session, which a had a few of you ask about it. Joanna Turner is my coach, even though she is a business a coach I am seeing her more for personal development – she helps with you finding your flow and releasing blocks holding you back and much more. I had an amazing first session with her and excited for more and see where I go with her. This is the most I’ve ever invested in myself and do feel it is worth it, even though I don’t have the money. I believe in myself and business so much that I’ll find a way. Lori and I are always investing in ourselves as that is the only way you grow and improve.
We also have a business coach Jill Fit who is running a FREE 6 week workshop – Business Mindset Course . She is so good and has helped us so much this year with our business. Our business has grown because of her. Our last Purely Fit Life launch we doubled our members!! We’re excited to use her tips in 2017 to grow our business even more.

Sometimes you just need a brownie.
One of Madison’s favorite things to do is to go through our purses and wallets and dump everything out.
So far we haven’t lost anything.
Started core workout #6 from Retrain Your Core. Some advanced core moves and filmed a new 12-minute postpartum workout video for Retrain Your Core.
It feels great to start moving the body again, still taking it slow to protect my core.

Could you guys do a list about periods and female specific health? Would’ve interested to hear how Michelle is doing and how Lorrie’s postpartum hormonal journey is going. Do you think it’s important to have a minimum level of body fat to maintain? How do you make sure not to go too low?

Now that you’ve been on your 2 year self love journey im wondering how things change. I know staying too lean is bad hormonally so how do you guys get away with it? So interesting.
