Highlights of our week and shout outs to our Purely Twins community.
Highlights from our week:
Wonder what she’s thinking??
Madison and I had a field trip with her class to a pumpkin patch and she had fun running around. She wanted to explore on her own.
Tried Chameleon cold brew coffee for the first time. It was good!
Baby feet and butt…owl butt 😉
Love how she sleeps… so similar to Madison.
I could stare at her for hours, oh wait I do.
Telling secrets with auntie.
Found this at Wholefoods in the freezer section and had to get it. We used one packet to make chocolate pudding. #sogood
Sometimes you just need a brownie.
One of Madison’s favorite things to do is to go through our purses and wallets and dump everything out.
So far we haven’t lost anything.
Started core workout #6 from Retrain Your Core. Some advanced core moves and filmed a new 12-minute postpartum workout video for Retrain Your Core.
It feels great to start moving the body again, still taking it slow to protect my core.
Green plantain waffles with peanut butter and sea salt. #itnevergetsold

Could you guys do a list about periods and female specific health? Would’ve interested to hear how Michelle is doing and how Lorrie’s postpartum hormonal journey is going. Do you think it’s important to have a minimum level of body fat to maintain? How do you make sure not to go too low?
Hey girl yes we’ll have to work on answering these questions. Have you seen our other posts on hormones here – http://purelytwins.com/2015/12/08/eating-healthy-fats-help-balance-hormones-and-get-clear-skin/ and http://purelytwins.com/2015/09/25/3-ways-to-get-your-period-back-naturally-hormones/ and http://purelytwins.com/2015/02/05/you-asked-we-answered-part-two/
Thanks for the reply girls! And sorry for all the misspellings. Autocorrect sucks sometimes.
Now that you’ve been on your 2 year self love journey im wondering how things change. I know staying too lean is bad hormonally so how do you guys get away with it? So interesting.
Look forward to your response!
