Highlights of our week and shout outs to our Purely Twins community.
Highlights from our week:
Someone is excited to be 3 weeks old!
Madison is warming up to Lyla more and more 🙂
She loves talking to her.
Madison even shares her toys…well some of them.
She doesn’t understand why Lyla doesn’t take the toys and plays with them. I tell her that soon Lyla will be more into playing with toys.
One of mom daughter selfies. Love holding her to watch all her cute face expressions and hearing her cute sounds.
Cherishing these infant snuggle moments with her because I know she won’t be this small for long.
Madison loves playing with her auntie.
Loving this month’s club workouts. This month the focus was on HIIT workouts. Love these workouts because they are short, intense and make me feel stronger! I get so excited each day to move my body and I know Lori is eager to back into working out.
Remember to move your body like you love it.
Homemade kale chips! One of our favorite ways to eat our greens. We have them at least once a week.
I love watching her play by herself and see her imagination soar. Here Madison is talking and playing with Pluto and Minnie Mouse.
The house never stays clean with this one. She loves having her toys and all everywhere.
LOVE LOVE LOVE my late night snuggles.
Plantain porridge to the rescue.
We had some ripe plantains and decided this was on the menu for breakfast. Great decision. It was warm and so comforting.
Somehow you forget about all the crying and fussy periods when you watch them peacefully sleep. Something about a sleeping baby is so soothing.

Raspberry peanut butter tigernut pancakes.
Yesterday morning we felt like peanut butter for breakfast and pancakes. So we made up a new pancake recipe off the top of our heads topped the pancakes with creamy peanut butter and defrosted frozen raspberries. Perfection! Here’s what we did for the pancakes: 6 eggs, 8 tablespoons tigernut flour, 2 tablespoons coconut flour.
The best investment you can make is in yourself.

If you follow us on Instagram you would of seen us start to venture out to the park with baby Lyla. It’s so nice to get outside!! All of us love the fresh air and seeing the ocean. #sograteful
Happy mom eating gluten-free chocolate lava cake. One thing that helps with these long days is coffee and chocolate.
