I tried the plantain waffles and they tasted amazing! I was very surprised by the outcome. I thought it would have a funky taste but boy was I wrong.
Glad to hear you liked the recipe.
I Pinned several of these to try soon! My 1 year old has suddenly gotten very picky after eating anything and everything for the first 6 months of solid– I need to get creative. I think he would love to broccoli breadsticks!
Totally understand! Madison has been making it difficult but I try to see it as a challenge 😉
All of these recipes look so fun! I have to say, the green waffles, the broccoli breadsticks, the vegetable pasta and plantain curry are my favorites!
