When we first got started on our self love spiritual journey we would question ourselves all the time.
- Are we meditating right?
- How do we know for sure we are letting our soul guide us?
- How do we really know we are listening to our intuition – our inner voice?
Have you had thoughts like this before?
If so, you’re not alone.
In today’s soul sister chat we talk about how we listen to our inner voice.
How to listen to your inner voice – your intuition

The interview we mentioned in video can be found on Inside Quest video of Marie Forleo is here
We loved it, so if you have time give it a listen.
Marie inspires every day as a business owners, online coaches and so much more to keep going after our dreams and being us.
We love what she says about listening to your inner voice. She always has great words of wisdom.
Our number one tool to help listen to your intuition is:
Focus on how you feel and your body language to give you the answers to start listening to your inner voice.
Are you happy or sad when you think about something new? Do you notice your body feeling open or closed when making a decision on something? Does it light you up? Do you stand up tall or get slouch over?
Do you feel good (excited) yet feel a little scared? Then we say go for it. You won’t know what might happen if you don’t try!
Sometimes where we have resistance means it is what we are supposed to do.
Live more mindfully and be aware of all the signs around you, because they are there. We just need to slow down to recognize them.
This takes practice, especially for those of us that lost connection of who we really are.
We are so grateful for our journey as we are finally knowing who we are and it is so liberating. And most recently discovering more about us through our creativity has been happening through doing Your Creative Self mediations we are doing with Heather. We look forward to our daily meditations every day.
