Highlights of our week and shout outs to our Purely Twins community.
Highlights from our week:
Love this shirt!! We each bought one from Target a few weeks ago.
We love our black coffee and lately been working late (and getting up early) working on finishing up some projects for our online coaching business. We always have so many ideas we want to teach and share. We just love it. When you do what you love to do it really is so much fun!!
Tomorrow is day 1 for our brand new 5 day food mind makeover video training to end binge eating. We are super pumped about this and cannot wait to see all the women that signed up start to build a better relationship with food. It’s going to be awesome.
Enjoyed eating dinner out at a new restaurant along Pismo Beach coast before the parents left town. The views were incredible and the food was good too! Madison loves running around the outside deck.
FIGS!!! Enough said.
The stores around us don’t always have them so when we see them in stock we get them! #figlovers
3 ingredients is all you need to make the best peanut butter fudge. Have you made it yet?
Always chasing after these two.
I’ve been busy filming new workouts for our clients.
I know Lori and I say this a lot but we love our job as being online fitness and lifestyle coaches to amazing group of ladies. They inspire us every day. Love hearing their progress – not just physical changes but the mental shifts they are all experiencing. Love it. #fitmindset
Lori filming a few more pregnancy workouts for her new pregnancy program she is working on.
Today she filmed the last workout.
Crazy that she is just down to less than 3 weeks!!
Plantain waffles + peanut butter + sea salt = bliss. Simple yet so satisfying.
National S’mores day was a few days ago and we celebrated it with gluten free grain free s’mores biscotti. #greatdecision
Trying out a new vitamin d supplement we are using as Vitamin D is one supplement we take daily.
We are so excited to be affiliated with the wonderful company Onnit.
Madison loading up her food cart at the child’s museum. She is getting more interested in being in the kitchen with Lori and I. Love it.
Sharing why freedom means to me over on Meg’s site.
Love Meg’s series – Freedom Friday sharing what freedom means to me.
Make sure to check out Meg’s interview on our soul sister chat!

Hey Michelle i saw on FB that you’re going to the Entrepreneur Edge live event in LA – awesome! Did you do Joanna Turners 6-month training program? What did you think of it?
If not, what made you decide to do this event? It seems like there are so many different things to choose from – hard to know what to pick!
Sadie, great question. I did not do her 6 month training program. I just have been following her for a long time and really like her. I have done all her free challenges and really liked them. What made me decide to go to this event was 1) living so close I felt like it was a good time for me to get outside my comfort zone 2) I wanted to meet her and the other guest going. You’re right there is so much things to pick from. For me, I just felt really drawn to go to this event and really liked the people speaking at it and like I said it is driving distance 🙂 I am nervous yet super excited to expand myself in this way. xo
