What an amazing weekend. We are so grateful for everything that comes into our lives. There is nothing like being able to spend time out in nature, especially the ocean. What is it about the ocean – the sound of the waves, the smell of sea air and the sand in between your toes – that makes you feel peaceful? I loved the reverse lunge with a twist. It’s a great lunge variation that works the entire body, and adding the twist ensures that your abs get a little extra attention.
And the side lunge into hamstring curl is a fun exercise move to target your thighs, hips, glutes and hamstrings!

Think in abundance in all parts of life. We say to ourselves every day in our journals that good things happen to us every day and how grateful we are for every opportunity that comes our way.
When you think that opportunities are all around you then more will show up in your life. The key is you have to be ready and aware of them to receive them.
For so many years we shut ourselves off from being good receivers. We had the wrong mindset. Now we have worked on turning those negative thoughts into positive ones and over the years more and more opportunities have come our way.
We live with an attitude for gratitude with every little thing in our life.
Even with your body and workouts we see endless opportunities for growth and change.
Working out has helped us create even more inner confidence and positive mindsets. We want the same for you.
