She loves playing in the sand.
We love having a beach so close to us and we try to go there as often as we can.
I (Michelle) filmed the first new 7 workouts for HIIT to FIT bootcamp this past week. Loving it and all the ladies doing it with me.
If we are not eating one of our dessert recipes we are most likely eating chocolate.
Tried this Divine dark chocolate bar and loved it.
This view will never get old.
Plantain bread turkey sandwich.
We probably should of called today’s sparks FOOD sparks 😉
Tested our sugar-free marshmallow to make sugar free rice crispy treats.
We plan to try it one more time. But for the most part did okay.
Cinnamon sugar plantain waffle sticks for breakfast. #sogood
Eating lots of chocolate cakes as we are testing different variations of them. Madison loves these single serving cakes too. She yells CAKE.
I workout do you?
Remember to love your body through movement. Find daily movement to keep your mind and body strong.

What do you use as the base for your protein mush you sometimes eat for breakfast????
It is based out of protein powder, gelatin and coconut oil and then we change up by adding in other things.
Hello Beautiful Ladies,
I noticed your waffle sandwiches look great! Will you share your secret please on how you get the waffles to stay together? I would appreciate it.
Ariana
