Made from 5 ingredients:
- coconut flakes
- maple syrup
- cacao powder
- chocolate protein powder
- mint

These cookies are so easy to make and they freeze great just like our chewy cinnamon cookies.

We use peppermint essential oil but you can use around 1/2 – 1 tsp of peppermint extract.
Don’t like mint? We got you covered with other flavor options from cinnamon to cayenne.

- Prep Time: 2 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 17 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut flakes
- 6 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 10 tbsp maple syrup
- 7–9 drops of peppermint essential oil
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 300 degrees.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
- Scoop cookies onto cookie tray.
- Gently press the cookies down to flatten.
- Makes about 18 cookies.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.

Other flavor options:
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

- Serving Size: makes 18 cookies
We used a chocolate pea protein in our cookies but use any protein powder you like.
Just know that each protein powder provides a different taste and texture so you might have to alter the maple syrup.

Nice post guys. It really looks delicious. I remember the time when my aunt Merlin cooked a gluten free Choco cake and I ended up eating more than 4 slices. I’m sure I’ll enjoy this tasty Choco cookie.
