Full body toning workout using a bench. A fun fitness routine for busy women.

Hello Fabulous!

We had a lot of fun last Thursday with our LIVE webinar . It was a great success. All of our #ptsisters enjoyed it and are ready to chat again tomorrow night. We’ve been working hard on it the last two days and our goal today is to finish the presentation plus update the landing page for PFL.

The weather here has quickly warmed up compared to when we first moved to California. The weird thing is our homes here don’t have an AC. Being girls who grew up in hot humid FL we love our AC, so this is a bit of a change.

Taking our workouts outside has helped as there is a nice ocean breeze to keep us cool.

Are you ready to have fun with me and tone up your body in this workout?

The exercises in this bench workout will give you stronger legs, tighter arms and shed fat all over.

I don't have to be perfect to be confident.Mantra for week –  I don’t have to be perfect to be confident.

This is a good one, right?

It can be hard not to get caught up on being perfect – the perfect body, hair, skin, job and life. Lori and I use to have the all-or-nothing mindset and it’s no way to live. There is no such thing as perfect.

Or maybe we all should see ourselves as perfect with a perfect life therefore there would be nothing to pick at. There would be nothing with which to compare ourselves to others. Would you agree? A bit of a mindset shift but I think one worth working on because life is short and what does picking at ourselves really do?

Next time you catch yourself not feeling confident remember you are fine just the way you are. Don’t let how you look hold you back. Be proud of you.

This workout will sure boost your confidence and make you feel strong and confident.

Let us know what was your favorite move. See you in the next workout.

xoxo Michelle (and Lori)
