Low sugar peanut butter chocolate chip bites

No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bites: delicious, easy to make, energy-boosting and packed with peanut flavor. Made from 5 simple ingredients, vegan, gluten free and low in sugar. Taste like a peanut butter cup cookie dough.


  • 1/2 cup (4 1/2oz) peanut butter
  • about 15 drops of liquid stevia
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons (1oz) protein power (we used Perfect Fit Protein)
  • 23 tablespoons coconut milk


  1. In a large bowl place peanut butter, protein power, stevia and chocolate chips.
  2. Stir.
  3. Next add in coconut milk and continue to stir until combined.
  4. Scoop using a small cookie scooper or spoon.
  5. Roll into balls.
  6. Enjoy at room temperature or store in refrigerator.
  7. Makes about 16 bites (depending on size scooper)
