1/2 cup (4 1/2oz) peanut butter
about 15 drops of liquid stevia
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
4 tablespoons (1oz) protein power (we used Perfect Fit Protein)
2–3 tablespoons coconut milk
In a large bowl place peanut butter, protein power, stevia and chocolate chips.
Next add in coconut milk and continue to stir until combined.
Scoop using a small cookie scooper or spoon.
Roll into balls.
Enjoy at room temperature or store in refrigerator.
