Highlights from our week:
Swing + beach = bliss
We love how some of the beaches around here have swing sets on them!
Madison is actually looking at the camera!!
It is hard to take family pictures so I treasure them.
Plantain turkey waffle sandwiches. Never gets old.

One word – brisket.
We love brisket and saw that us wellness meats started offering cooked brisket, so we bought it to try it out.
We are glad we did; it was great.

We love shopping online and saving some money too, especially since some of the foods we eat are expensive. We feel investing in ourselves is one of the best things we can do for our health and happiness.

We shared us making this recipe on snap chat and it came out, but we didn’t write it done. But we think we blended one avocado, about 1/2 cup yogurt and 2 tbsp maple.
Madison approves.

Quality food is so good for the body and mind!
How do you guys budget for food? What is your weekly budget or do you do it by month since your income is variable?
Ya we just generally know as tend to buy the same things over and over. It is hard with a variable income.
