Highlights of our week and shout outs to our Purely Twins community.
Highlights from our week:
Love this little girl so much. She is growing up so fast.
Plantain bread with peanut butter and homemade sugar free jelly. Now this always hits the spot.
Play time at the park. Madison loves in playing the flowers.
Facetime with the cousin Joy, aunt Carrie and grandma.
Please note Jax passed out on the couch…this dog xoxo
I’ve (Michelle) been feeling great. I’ve been sticking to my workout schedule and started filming new upper body workouts. The whole month of June is all about arms and core to get ready for summer.
She is our adventure. She teaches us more about life everyday.
We know other moms would agree.
Madison loves it when we are doing something on the yoga mat.
Here Lori is trying to do some core work and Madison brought her over some toys. #toocute
We remember when the Tone It Up girls brought out the vanilla latte perfect fit flavor and we finally got some to try. We made chocolate protein plantain waffles and topped in with chocolate latte glaze.
Doesn’t get any better than chocolate and coffee.
It’s crazy that Lori is coming to the end of her second trimester. We all cannot wait for the baby to arrive, but trying out best to get ahead on things. But really can you ever get ahead?
Love being a girl boss.
I used to question myself all the time am I doing the right thing? Is this what I am supposed to be doing in the world? I questioned it because I wasn’t as financially free as I hoped to be while in my 30s. But the more I have worked on me, the inner stuff, I realized I am successful.
Why do I base my success based on what others are doing or think?
Crazy I know.
Every day I wake up and thank God for my life and for the job I have. I love all of my clients, blog readers, and followers on social media. Things are not always easy and blissful, but I am stronger now to see things more positively.
We’ve been busy making new recipes for you!
This was here was a top favorite from when we had our bakery. It’s a raw cream bar. We have been struggling with the name, thinking dream bar? What do you think?
Madison doing some reading. She has received some new books from her grandpa. Thanks Pop!

While i completely agree that success is not defined by a single attribute and that it is important to reflect on what is important to one’s self rather than others, if a business isn’t turning a profit, then it isn’t a success – right? If you can’t pay your rent, bills, food, etc from your job, then that is a problem, from a purely logistical and objective standpoint, regardless of how awesome and fulfilling you believe that job to be!
Agreed of course you have to be able to support yourself.
