75 grams plantains (weighed after peeling)
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons protein powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut butter
2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
Heat waffle maker.
Blend waffle ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour batter into waffle maker and let cook.
Place all ingredients for sugar coating in a small bowl and toss together.
Place frosting ingredients into a small bowl and mix together.
