Chocolate cookies

  • 1/2 cup plantain flour (or any flour) or 6 oz plantain (after being peeled)
  • 1/4 cup cocao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 6 tablespoons water

Cookie dough filling

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add cookie ingredients into a bowl.
  3. Stir until batter is combined and smooth.
  4. Spread batter into 8×8 square pan
  5. Bakes 12-14 minutes.

Make cookie dough filling

Slice cookie in half.

  1. Spread about 1 cup or so of the cookie dough filling on one side.
  2. Top the other half of the cookie.
  3. Cut into 4 slices.
