Tomorrow is the big day!! We will be getting on our one way flight to California. We are excited, scared, nervous, overwhelmed, anxious and happy! Change is scary but change is also good. Change means growth. And we have so many things we are excited about. Some of them we done know yet, but we have faith God is leading us where we He wants us to go.
Big things coming..we can feel it. We believe in miracles. We believe anything can happen. What about you?

This is a fun effective low impact workout for busy women.
You can do this workout anywhere as no equipment is needed and very little space.
This floor workout targets the upper body, core and your butt.
If you have diastasis omit the crab move.
Mantra for week – I have all the strength inside of me.
Sometimes we forget that we are strong, that we can handle anything that comes our way.
Doing things to build up your strength, including workouts that like this, is a great way to build up inner and outer strength. Doing something that scares you is a very powerful way to challenge your strength.
Remember what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger. We both have had our struggles, but now our stronger because of them.
