A full body bodyweight workout using a towel. The exercises in this home workout target the legs, arms and abs. Perfect workout to do when you have limited space or don’t really feel like working out as these moves are fun yet challenging!
Due to the change in our schedule with the move and all, our workouts have been a bit all over the place. Or should we say our minds haven’t been in the mindset to workout. Do you have moments like this? We’ve been focusing on moving our body when we can and when we feel like it. Keeping our workouts more on the low impact side is usually how we approach these moments from doing planks to resistance bands to using a towel.
It has been awhile since we have done a towel workout. Since we don’t have any fitness equipment around towels are perfect for adding more challenge to these bodyweight exercises. Or a pair of shorts will work too.
Then during the bedroom workout series we did a killer towel workout.
Now we have another one to add to our towel workout collection.
I (Michelle) had a blast filming this workout. These exercise moves are fun and effective. Note they are not safe if you have diastasis.

Do as many rounds as you can, whether that is 1 or 3. In the video above I do one round with you and I was feeling it!
Don’t have a towel? No worries use anything in your house even a pair of shorts like I did.
With each exercise make sure you engage your core. Don’t rush through the moves, but really go slow and focus on your form.
Even though this is a full body workout your CORE is highly targeted with each exercise.
Mantra for week – My body is getting healthier and stronger every day.
We all have choices every day to do something positive for ourselves. Whether it is how we talk to ourselves, how we move the body or how we nourish our bodies.
Remember it’s a journey – a lifestyle. Don’t worry about being perfect. Every day wake up and think something amazing is going to happen and make choices based upon this feeling.
