Dairy free high fat chocolate fudge (paleo, vegan)

A healthy, easy and delicious chocolate fudge. Dairy-free paleo and vegan chocolate fudge recipe that is full of healthy fats to burn fat. This is a great way to use up ripe avocados.


  • 2 avocados – 8 oz
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour fudge into 6 inch spring form pan lined with wax paper.
  4. Place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to set.
  5. Carefully remove from pan.
  6. Slice and enjoy.
  7. Store in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
