Highlights from our week:
Happy Easter! A blessed Easter to you all.
Madison had fun playing with her Easter eggs.
We’ve been going on daily walks again and Madison sees us put out sunglasses on that she wanted to put her sunglasses on. xoxo She did eventually get them on.
The weather did get a bit cooler but we still enjoyed getting outside and grateful for a wonderful spring so far.
We’ve been drinking bulletproof coffee again. It’s been about a week. Loving it! It gives us the energy we need right now with still getting all the moving stuff worked out and running this blog and our online coaching programs.

The reason we took it out was due to the dairy and Michelle’s eczema, but her skin is still clear even with this little addition of ghee!!

Green plantain bread. Never gets old for us.
The other day we were chatting about that – how we go through periods were we only want certain foods then no longer want them but not for plantains. We still eat those every day in some form.
What about you, do you have a food that you eat every day and doesn’t get old?
Lots of running around outside.
We even managed to get some workouts done outside. A nice change to always working out inside. Plus filmed some new workouts for our clients.
We purchased this brand of gelatin to try out as a few readers asked us about it. We think it is a great brand and quality. We like this brand and still the Great Lakes.
