We adore these Brazil nut balls and know you will too!
Honestly, we could eat these every day. You can use any nut you like as we know Brazil nuts are on the pricey side.
But so worth it as they really bring so much flavor to these energy balls.
The taste from the Brazil nuts isn’t too overpowering but just right. The touch of cocoa, maple sweetness and a dash of salt really make these incredibly delicious.
A wonderfully delicious healthy snack made from Brazil nuts and coconut.
They definitely taste decadent!
We love adding cacao nibs to ours but you can omit that. We just love the extra crunch!
And if you wanted to add an additional protein boost, substitute chocolate protein powder for the cocoa powder.
Made from only 5 ingredients and made in under 5 minutes.
We like to have one Brazil nut a day to get our selenium in us.
This recipe provides a large portion of selenium with a yummy flavor. Perfect!

Yum! Brazil nuts are the best!
yes they are Aubrey, we love them 🙂
I have a really bad habit of eating the whole batch of something I make, especially truffles! These ones look amazing and would be something I’d probably OD on XD
we leave a few out and freeze the rest so we don’t go overboard 🙂
Gonna have to try to pull these off with with my Vitamix! Looks tasty!
Where do I store them? Fridge? And how long can I make them before serving?
You can store in fridge for a few days or in freezer for longer shelf life.
These sound yum! Could I use a nut butter and honey instead!?
Thanks! ☺
not sure Jen, the texture may different as those are both “liquids”
Can I use raw Brazil nuts?
Yes.
Can the coconut butter be substituted? I’ve never even heard of it and not sure where to buy it. But this looks like a recipe I’d love to use!
Coconut butter is just ground up coconut flakes. You can make you own but blending in a strong food processor or blender some coconut flakes until they become smooth.
