Ingredients

1 cup grits
3 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
4 oz goat cheese
2 eggs
2 bacon pieces
1 cup shredded brussel sprouts
Instructions
Cook bacon if not already cooked.
When bacon is done, using the same pan, cook shredded brussel sprouts.
Heat 3 cups of water to a boil and add in the grits.
Let simmer on low for about 12 minutes.
Stir in sea salt, garlic powder, thyme.
Next add in goat cheese, eggs, brussel sprouts and chopped bacon.
