Creamy grit casserole with bacon and brussel sprouts

Creamy goat cheese grit casserole with brussel sprouts and bacon is a comforting dish for any occasion. Gluten-free dinner made easy. Made with non-GMO corn.




  1. Cook bacon if not already cooked.
  2. When bacon is done, using the same pan, cook shredded brussel sprouts.
  3. Heat 3 cups of water to a boil and add in the grits.
  4. Let simmer on low for about 12 minutes.
  5. Stir in sea salt, garlic powder, thyme.
  6. Next add in goat cheese, eggs, brussel sprouts and chopped bacon.
  7. Continue to stir.
  8. Pour grit mixture into baking dish.
  9. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes.
  10. Serve warm.
