Mantra for week – I love and appreciate my body today.
Something so simple to say but something we tend not to say much to ourselves.
For years we abused our bodies and never showed it appreciation.
After suffering from skin, digestive and hormonal issues we now look at our bodies in a completely different way.
Each day we wake up appreciating our bodies and what they do for us.
If you say this mantra to yourself all week you are taking action steps to more self-love and acceptance. It starts in the mind.
