Who else is excited for The Walking Dead to come back on this Sunday?!?!

We are counting down the days! We don’t watch that much television but we do have a few favorites. The Walking Dead is one of those favs!  We’ve been hooked ever since watching the first few seasons on Netflix a few years ago.  We have fallen in love with the characters on the show. We admit we are a little nervous where the second half of this season is going to go.

What is one of your favorite TV shows?

We have 3 bodyweight moves that we are upping the challenge. Some days we just grab our equalizer and challenge ourselves to moves like these here today.  Equalizer is an awesome home exercise equipment for those looking to add more challenge to their fitness routine at home.

We love this piece of equipment so much we do have an affiliate with them and if you use this link and code at checkout you can save $20 –>> Get yourself an equalizer and save some money – use this code at checkout P2RTEQ20. Thanks for the support.

These are advanced moves so if trying them for first time go SLOWLY. Listen to your body.

The second move is called an inverted row. Inverted rows and pullups work different muscle groups. I’m surprised this wasn’t covered during your personal trainer certifications!

Thanks for pointing that out. We have seen it be referred to as both, and yes we are aware they work different muscles 😉

That headstand on the equalizer is impressive! I just started using an equalizer but have found it to be quite helpful. Thank you for giving me ideas to try out!
