What’s the best time to workout and meal timing + daily eats

by purelytwins

Hello fabulous!

Come spend the day with us! We filmed what we ate in a day – this is what we ate on Feb 1.

We are girls who love coffee and green juice. We love protein powders and real food. We love carbs and healthy fats. We love dessert! We hope our eats inspire you in the kitchen and learn how to be more flexible with your diet as we are all different.

What’s the best time to workout and best time to eat?

What we ate in a day! Sharing our daily eats to inspire you in the kitchen. We love having a flexible approach to eating and working out!

In the video we chat about pork, meal times and working out. We would love to hear your thoughts.

Michelle did fast yesterday. She is doing IF about 2 days a week and is still enjoying it.

Recipes in video:

3 ingredient plantain bread

Flourless fudgy brownies

How we make our protein mush is inside our PFL club. Are you on the wait list?

Let us know if you enjoyed this video and of what you would like to see more.

xoxo

Does your husband eat separately? I noticed you didn’t have a plate for him.

Most nights I get hungry before he gets home because I workout in the late afternoon, so I eat dinner earlier than him.

Oh wow, that is surprising to me! I figure that you would make sure to have dinner with your husband since that is the only meal you get to have together as a family each day. Granted, in my family we both work, but I’d be kind of sad if my husband stayed at home and didn’t wait for me for dinner!

Well I try my best, every day is different. We eat together when we can. Things are not perfect over here.
