I think I love breakfast too much to be consistent with intermittent fasting! The waffles are too much fun with greens added. The future, new recipes look so fun – I can’t wait to try mini donuts and lucky charms (sweet!!). Thanks for sharing 🙂

Great video! I tried intermittent fasting for a while but stopped because I found I was looking forward to food to much and I didn’t like that feeling:)

I have a few clients who succeed really well with intermittent fasting – I think it’s very helpful simply to keep us closely acquainted with our hunger cues and the hunger scale. Too often we are afraid of hunger or never give ourselves a chance to feel hungry, so we lose touch with our bodies. I am a fan of fasting if it helps reconnect people with that sensation. However, there are other less drastic ways to do that too if fasting doesn’t appeal. Do whatever works for you, right?? Your breakfasts look DELISH!

I really enjoy these peaks into your lives!

Two questions for you ladies:
1) how many hours a day do you work (approximate)? Do you have another full or part-time job to support yourselves, or does your blog/coaching program fully support both of you?

2) what is your favorite restaurant in Charlotte? Do you like going out to eat (I notice you don’t very often)?

Hi glad you enjoyed the video. We work about 7-10 hours a day, mostly at night. We do not have part-time jobs any more. The business supports just Michelle, we are working on growing it to support Lori and her family too. We do eat out but not very often. There are a few like, Charlotte has good local places like Zada Janes.
